As you will be aware if you have worked with Kay and Lane Insurance Brokers in the past, we pride ourselves in offering you the best possible service that we can. We are not satisfied with the already impressive customer service that we provide at the moment; we are always striving to improve. Just over a year ago, we embraced a new piece of software that allowed us to streamline our broking operation, advantaging both our clients and us.
We have been working with Acturis software to streamline our broking operation for just over a year now, and hopefully, all of our clients can see the difference. Information is much easier to access, records are much easier to maintain, and the whole Kay and Lane operation can run as smoothly as possible. There are always new things to learn and refinements that can be made and we will keep learning and refining to make sure that you all get the best level of service that we can offer.
In the future, we will be looking to make the best use of software available to ensure that our service is continually changing for the better. As we keep making strides, we will be updating our news section with everything that you need to know.
